Admission & Payment Guide

Everything you need before you arrive — registration, deposits, visiting rules and discharge.

01

Admission Desk

The Admission Desk operates around the clock. New patients go through an intake process where they provide information that helps us with case management and follow-up care. Accurate details are important, particularly for insurance purposes.

Corporate patients must present their designated silver card at admission. In emergency situations an employee ID card may be accepted. Patients with credit agreements need a letter of authorization from their employer.

02

New Patient Registration

First-time patients receive a one-time registration and are issued a Unique Hospital Identification (UHID) number and card.

03

Guidelines for Patients and Visitors

  • Only one visitor per patient is allowed.
  • Scheduled visiting times apply.
  • The hospital does not take responsibility for lost valuables.
  • Billing enquiries should go through the billing counter.
