What this page covers

This notice explains what happens to information you send through this website. It does not cover your clinical records, which are governed by the hospital's medical records policy.

What we collect

The appointment and contact forms collect the details you type into them — your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in the message field. We also record the time of submission and the originating IP address, which we use only to detect automated abuse.

How we use it

Appointment requests are passed to our Appointment Centre so they can call you back and confirm a slot. Contact messages are routed to the relevant department. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Third parties on this site

The contact page embeds a Google Map, and the video gallery embeds YouTube players through youtube-nocookie.com. Those embeds are loaded by your browser directly from Google and are subject to Google's own privacy terms. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Asking us to delete your data

Write to info@popular-hospital.com or call 09666 787800 and we will remove your enquiry from our records.
